The OSC team is passionate about building a true community of like-minded,enthusiastic individuals. In time, we hope to be able to utilise this to launch citizen-science-based projects, as well as more advanced research and educationalprojects requiring the OSC teams putting into action their many varied, extensivetechnological and scientific technologies for image capture and display.

LOCAL FINDINGS
Led by some of our local contributors and team members, we are able to both capture and share some incredible marine biology - right on our doorstep. The image behind, captured locally in Falmouth, Cornwall - just a stones throw from our Ocean Surface Centre in Charlestown.
CITIZEN SCIENCE
The goal is to grow a team of casual, professional, dedicated, opportunistic beach-walkers, combers, scavengers, surfers, fishermen and anyone else, who will send in any and all findings, in anecdotal or pictorial form. This will enable us to comment, and should we have the ability to do so, answer questions and queries, and occasionally display these findings to an even wider public within the Charlestown OSC venue and base, as well as any appropriate social media platforms.
So far we have managed Dolphins, Seals and Vellela - to name a few! Check out the involve page at the top.
